Collected by Dr Susanna Rostas in 1987. Purchased in 1980, containing a night light, but in 1987/8 - no longer available. The source of glasses with crosses on, for this use, had thus come to an end.

Description (Physical description)
Catalogue card for 1989.6: 'Pis/ Glass. Shot glass used for Posh (Aguardiente) (fire water) a strong alcohol, drunk during all fiestas and other social occasions- as when men meet each other in the street in The Cabecera (town). On such occasions one man may (?) after a drink from his drinking horn or a pis (glass) may be produced from his string bag. A pis (glass) used during ritual usually be kept in the altar.'
